The former classrooms, with their high ceilings and large windows, are well suited for artist’s studios. There are now a total of 12 rooms of various sizes (450 to 690 sq ft) that can be rented for $140 to $350 a month, with a one year lease.
New 3.5' x 7' windows, and geothermal heating and cooling are provided without additional charge.

Gymnasium

A panorama of our Gym

This is a full sized school gymnasium with bleachers on one side and a wooden floor. Tables and chairs are available for a large function. An adjacent kitchen may also be rented.

If the group is less than 50, the Library and the Kitchen may be rented together.
